Years ago, I (the dad) was sold a POS system that I was told would cost $3,000. After three years, I realized I had paid over $10,000 for the same system. That experience taught me the hard way about hidden fees and deceptive practices in the merchant services industry.
When my daughter Karlee joined the business, we decided to do things differently. We became known as the Daddy-Daughter Duo - not salespeople trying to make a quick buck, but a team building long-term relationships based on honesty and transparency.
